Shipping policy

Where we ship

Standard shipping is free to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We also ship to supported international destinations and US territories. Shipping outside the 50 states and DC costs extra and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Availability depends on your destination and the items in your cart. Liquid-filled squishies have more limited shipping routes. If checkout cannot offer delivery for your combination of items and address, contact us before ordering.

How shipping charges work

International and territory shipping charges depend on the destination, product type, and order size. Orders containing products from different shipping groups may have combined charges. The total is shown at checkout.

Processing before dispatch

Our toys ship directly from our supplier in China. Please allow an estimated 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. This is separate from shipping time. Stock availability, busy periods, and holidays can extend processing.

Delivery and parcels

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the product, shipping route, and destination. We send tracking details when they become available. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

We do not promise a fixed arrival date. If you need an item for a particular date, email us before ordering so we can check the available route. Customs and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Customs and import charges

Import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees may apply separately depending on your destination. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown before payment.

Delivery help

For an order update, a parcel that has not arrived, or an item that arrives damaged, email sales@fcknsquishies.com with your order number. For damage, include photos if available. See our returns and damaged-items policy.
